This post was on my blog about my life, but I have found that these trouble makers have enough personality to fill their very own blog. So I'm moving this here and there will be many, many more adventures of these two rascally brothers!
One very early morning, I awoke to the sound of crashing, like bottles being thrown on the floor. I look up from my bed to see things flying out of the cupboard under the sink in my bathroom, with no sign of anyone around! Poltergeist?! Or crazy cat who had a grudge against some unfortunate toiletries that happened to be in the way of where he decided was a good spot to sleep?!
I did not go get my camera at this early hour, but threw the cat out and crawled back into bed. However I do have some interesting pics of other places my furry kids have curled up. They do not have one spot they like to sleep. I find Rocco and Rascal (though Rascal would be a fitting name for both!) all over in the strangest places! I've had many cats in my family over my life, but these are truly two of the most curious troublemakers I've ever met!

Much to his dismay, inside or on top of my husband's lunch box on the kitchen counter was a special favorite for a while. And the cats took turns.

Welcome to cat blogging, and welcome to The Cat Blogosphere!
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteHello Rocco and Rascal, it's very nice to meet you. We are particularly impressed with how many excellent sleeping places you have found in your home. There is a saying in our home (we had to teach our apes this saying) "if the cat is resting or sleeping there, then the cat is comfy" - if we are sleeping there, it is not a "weird place"
ReplyDeleteWelcome to the CB!
Gerry & Mungo
I'll keep that in mind. I am only human, after all, and they're still teaching me.
DeleteWelcome Rocco and Rascal we are very pleased to meet you.
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteSometimes it takes a while, but all beans finally give up on buying those cute cat beds. Kitties sleep where kitties want to sleep, and the rest of the world can just deal with it.
ReplyDeleteWelcome, Rocco & Rascal.
Yes, there's nothing to do BUT just deal with it. These two are so stubborn, if I move them, they just go right back after I walk away. They've been known to push stuff right off the counter if that's where they feel like napping. lol
DeleteHaha! We do pick some interesting napping spots, don't we?? That's what makes us cats so interesting and fun!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely! Never a dull moment here!
DeleteWe think it is our duty to keep moving our sleeping places - we don't want you to get too complacent!
ReplyDeleteLuv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
So that's it! Keeps it interesting!
